We finally made it to dog-friendly Short N Sweet Bakery & Cafe in downtown Hilo, and we love it! Plenty of shaded, cool patio dining for you and your pups, and fantastic sandwiches, salads, fresh Hilo Coffee Mill coffee, and desserts like tropical Hawaiian marshmallows (I kid you not!)! Please leave leashed dogs outside with a friend while you go inside to order at the counter.  Plenty of parking along Kinoole Street or in the bakery & cafe parking lot.
